You save a card when you schedule — that's all. We weigh and count your order at the plant, confirm the final total, and only then charge the card. Wash & fold is billed at actual weight, and the receipt shows the arithmetic: 12.3 lbs × $1.99/lb.

What if I'm not home?
No problem. Leave your bag in a spot you choose — a porch, a lobby, behind a gate. Your gate or entry code and drop-off instructions are saved with your address, so the driver gets in without calling you. You get a notification the moment it's picked up.
How do I pay?
You save a card when you schedule. We charge it only after your items are cleaned and the final count is confirmed — wash & fold is weighed at the plant and billed at actual weight, and the receipt shows the math. Orders start at $30.00, and you see your estimated total before you confirm.
How long does it take?
Standard orders are cleaned and delivered in 2 business days. Choose Express when you schedule if you need items back sooner — Express dry-cleaning orders are topped up to a $30.00 minimum, and you see the adjustment before you confirm.
What can't you clean?
We handle everyday laundry and standard dry cleaning. Heavily soiled items, leather, suede, and specialty pieces may not be a fit — flag anything unusual and we'll let you know before cleaning.
How do I change or cancel a pickup?
Open the order in your browser or the app. Until the driver has picked it up you can reschedule or cancel with one tap, and there's no charge — your card hasn't been touched yet.
Do I need the app?
No. Everything — scheduling, saved addresses, payment, live tracking and receipts — works at app.ropayo.com in any browser. The app adds push notifications and is the nicer experience on a phone.
Do you text me updates?
Only if you turn them on. SMS updates are off by default — you opt in inside the app by verifying your number, and you can turn them off any time or reply STOP. We only send updates about your own orders, never marketing.
